Healthfinch Receives HITRUST CSF® Certification
Healthfinch and its parent company, Health Catalyst, are pleased to announce HITRUST CSF® Certification, which ensures that a baseline set of security controls are in place and that risk is managed appropriately. Specifically, the systems included in the certification are:
- Health Catalyst DOS Platform, including Touchstone, Care Management, and the Business Intelligence application platform.
- HCI Application Suite, consisting of HCI Connect, HCI Notify, HCI Exchange, HCI Organize, and HCI Explore.
- Healthfinch hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Employees’ Workstations

Healthfinch previously earned HITRUST certification in September 2018 for its renewal solution, Charlie, and its associated systems — Databases (PostgreSQL), Decision Services (web service), Integration Services (web service) and DMZ–Proxy Host. The Charlie framework has since been updated, and was reevaluated and re-certified in 2020.
